Zoritha Thompson, Broker-Owner of Goree & Thompson Real Estate, Inc., has fourteen years of real estate experience in residential sales. She has lived in Sacramento since 1969, and is familiar with the entire metropolitan area.
Zoritha Thompson is President of the Sacramento Realtist Association and she serves on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers. Zoritha also sits on the National Association of Real Estate Broker's Board of Directors, as the Young Realtist Division newly elected President.  Zoritha Thompson is an Outstanding Life Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, "Masters Club", the top 15% of all real estate professionals in Sacramento County. She is also featured as a Life Member of "Who's Who in America". She was named the 1999 "REALTIST of the Year" by the California Association of Real Estate Brokers and 2002 "Entrepreneur of the Year", National Coalition of 100 Black Women "Small Business of the Year", SBCC. Zoritha is also the past President of the "Young Realtist" division of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.As a member in good standing of the Sacramento Realtist Association, California Association of Real Estate Brokers, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Sacramento Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center; and the Multiple Listing Service, she has access to all marketing data compiled and circulated by these organizations. Zoritha Thompson maintains an excellent working knowledge of Title and Escrow procedures, through continuing education and years of experience. Through education and experience she has been able to maintain a high level of knowledge in the field of finance, which is key in putting transactions together. Zoritha is well versed in the latest loan programs available through the various financial institutions. Zoritha Thompson is a Certified Presenter and Board Member of the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center's First Time Home Buyer Seminars and Credit and Budget Forums. This affords us the opportunity to work with many low, moderate, and upper income families with the primary goal of assisting them in the purchase of a home. She is able to pre-qualify a buyer. Zoritha has conducted 39 First Time Home Buyer Seminars throughout Sacramento, not only would she market the properties, but will provide buyers to purchase the properties. Zoritha has a very good reputation with other real estate professionals, which helps in getting properties sold. She is totally dedicated to her profession and isn't afraid to go the "extra mile" to get the job done. In addition. She believes in being organized and is capable of meeting all deadlines for processing paperwork.  And when not involved in real estate, Zoritha is an avid golfer and belongs to two Sacramento area golf clubs. |
